I’ve been fortunate to build a career I love as a storyteller and connector of people. I began at Randstad Technologies, one of the largest HR and IT services firms in the world, and by 30, I was leading a national partnership with Cisco — supporting ~$50M in services annually.

In 2022, I launched Erik Charles Consulting to build something different, something more personal and intentional. We've since grown our portfolio with early-stage startups, helping them build foundational teams or scale across Product and Engineering.

Outside of work, I’m a husband to my wife Erin, a soon-to-be dad.
A few fun facts about me: I’ve had the privilege of marrying a few friends (don’t worry, it was legal), and I’m an open-fire BBQ enthusiast.
